The purpose of the project:
  • Development of public transport and improving the quality of transportation services

  • Enhancing the priority of pedestrian traffic
Results:
  • Stakeholder analysis
  • Conducting a series of round table discussions (minimum of three) involving stakeholders and working groups
  • Creation of a digital transport model of Mykolaiv
  • Optimization of routes and recommendations for determining the types of rolling stock and intervals for public transport in the city
  • Comprehensive analysis of city traffic safety
  • Development of a plan to enhance road safety and optimize traffic flow on the street-road network through the implementation of modern traffic management schemes
  • Finalization of the SUMP for city of Mykolaiv
  • Preparation of reports on the completion of each stage of SUMP development
