The purpose of the project:

To improve the capacity of Tashkent City Hall (the Khokimiyat) and Uzbek Ministry of Transport to incorporate the latest in international experience and best practices into its ongoing bus service improvement efforts.

Results:

A simplified version of the transport model for calculating baseline scenarios
Estimated OD matrices for public and private transport
Microsimulation of one of the project corridors and analysis of controversial issues in design and implementation
Developed a survey questionnaire and instructions for processing the results
Reports with annexes
