The purpose of the project:

To determine the impact of the construction of a multifunctional complex on the adjacent street and road network, as well as the whole city;
To develop a concept for optimizing the reorganization of the city’s network to improve transport and operational indicators;
To check and correct the project solution for the organization of underground parking traffic.
