• Transport model of Vinnytsia.
• Socio-economic statistics of the city from the transport model.
• Strategic documents on the development of the city:
  • Integrated strategy of city transport and spatial development of Vinnytsia;
  • Integrated development concept of Vinnytsia 2030;
  • Master plan of Vinnytsia.
• Proposals for the reconstruction of Pryvokzalna square and Kotsiubynskoho avenue;
• Proposals for the creation of multi-storey parking lots in Zamostia district;

Conducting a comprehensive analysis of parking on the territory of Zamostia with a focus on Kotsiubynskoho avenue and Pryvokzalna square. Determining the amount of existing and future demand and supply for parking, developing a strategic management concept that will allow city of Vinnytsia to clearly determine the need for parking related to the reconstruction of Kotsiubynskoho avenue and the expected future growth of Zamostia district over the next 10-15 years.

• The results of surveys of the existing parking system in Zamostia:
  • Processed results of aerial photography by drones;
  • Scan-copies of the results of on-site inspections with a drive through all the streets of Zamostia district, taking into account obstacles and opportunities for parking;
  • Database of parking research results in dynamics at four points: Pryvokzalna square, Pryvokzalnyi market, Tsentralnyi market, Peremohy square;
  • The results of the survey of drivers at the same points.
• GIS files: mapping of current marked, non-prohibited and prohibited parking spaces; location of paid or dedicated parking lots; traffic signs; aerial photography data; the proposed location of parking spaces for the perspective of 3 and 10 years.
• Analytical note on selected locations.
• Reporting materials:
  • Analytical report;
  • Interim report;
  • Final report.
