Privacy notice

The controller of your personal data is Pro Mobility LLC, EDRPOU 35634432, 40B Hlybochytska Street, office 24, Kyiv 04052, Ukraine. For any question about your data, write to info@pro-mobility.org in English or Ukrainian.

This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, runs no analytics or tracking, has no forms and loads nothing from third-party servers: fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Nobody, neither we nor any third party, follows you over time or across other websites through this site, so Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals from your browser change nothing here. The website is meant for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

Like any web server, our hosting provider records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser user agent. We use these logs only to keep the website running and secure, on the basis of our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The hosting provider keeps them for the current month and the three months before it, then deletes them. We do not combine them with other data.

If you email us, we process what you send: your name, email address, organisation, role and the content of your message. We use it to reply, to prepare a proposal or a joint bid, and to conclude and perform a contract. We may also receive business contact details from partners, from tender documents or from public registers, and we use them for the same purposes.

The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)) and, for accounting records, our legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)). Ukrainian law provides the same grounds in Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine on Personal Data Protection. You are not required to give us personal data, but without contact details we cannot reply.

We keep correspondence that does not lead to a contract for up to three years after the last contact. Correspondence related to a contract is kept for as long as the contract runs and afterwards for the period required by Ukrainian accounting and tax law.

Our email is hosted by Microsoft (Microsoft 365) under its Data Protection Addendum, and the website by our hosting provider in Ukraine. Both act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising or marketing, including selling and sharing as California law defines them. We disclose it to public authorities only where the law requires.

Pro Mobility LLC is established in Ukraine, so messages you send us from any country are received and handled in Ukraine, with the protections described in this notice.

Personal data we process on client projects, such as GPS traces, sensor records or mobile network data, is not covered by this notice. It is handled under the contract and the data processing agreement with the client, which set the anonymisation method, the retention period and where the data is stored.

This notice does not cover the TransitWand mobile app either. The app has its own privacy policy, linked from its pages on Google Play and the App Store.

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Wherever you are, write to info@pro-mobility.org in English or Ukrainian, and we will answer within one month, or sooner if the law that applies to you sets a shorter period. We make no decisions about you by automated means.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority: in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua); in the European Union, the data protection authority of your country; elsewhere, the authority named by the law of your country.

If the way we handle personal data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
